A day in Taipei Fine Arts Museum

Gaultier is not my favorite fashion designer, but after seeing this exhibition, I think I'll let him be my top 3... :P There's an exhibition called "Le Défilé" in Taipei Fine Arts Museum, which Gaultier and French dancer, choreographer Régine Chopinot came together in their first crossover collaborative creation of 12 stage performances from 1983 to 1994. The artworks included costumes, drawings, photographs and videos.
The other exhibition we saw was "Masterpieces from Philadelphia Museum of Art". Taiwan’s first time to work with an American museum on an international art exhibition.
Starting from Manet, the impressionism master and other impressionism painters, such as Boudin, Degas, Monet, Renoir, Pissarro, and Cassatt. Post-impressionism artists, such as Cezanne, Gaugin, and Van Gogh. Artworks of cubism and Parisian artists: Picasso, Braque, Leger, Derain, Lipchitz, Gris, Chagall and Modigliani. At the end, American artists, such as Dadaism, O’Keeffe and Tanguy.
